I mean apt-listchanges send an e-mail when an upgrade, safe-upgrade or
dist-upgrade is done by the terminal in any shell.
The update-manager until a few weeks to upgrade or any similar one, had
the same behavior that the operations were cited when executed by the
shell, ie, sent an email telling me what were the changes made in
upgraded, and also the news of new packages.
