Bug#551642: gnome-system-tools: Unable to set system time

When I change the hour field of the clock, and press Close, the system time
is not updated. There are unfortunately no error or log messages to reveal what
is going on.

If I change one of the fields, and then don't close the window, after a few
seconds the field will change back to its previous value.
