Bug#551751: gnome-panel: some application icons lost transparency in notification area

Hi

I am using Gnome for long time (about 2 years on Debian now) and during some 
updates in the past (Can't be really sure, my computer was crashed for a long 
while) some application icons lost their transparency, so it looks weird when 
you have transparent panel...

I checked that .xpm and .png file from /usr/share/pixmaps, which is (probably)
displayed on that panel, and it has transparency around

I am submitting screenshot...
