Bug#552074: bug-buddy: Bug report link widget opens two browser windows when clicked

I hadn't noticed it before, since it's usually the browser that crashes,
but in bug buddy's final dialog, where it says

  You can view your bug report and follow its progress with this URL:

  [ <URL> ]

clicking the URL button opens not one but two browser windows (Epiphany, to
be precise) with the URL in question.
