Bug#553157: gnome-dbg: Recommends xulrunner -dbg packages that are no longer available

For the ongoing xulrunner-1.9.1 transition, the -dbg packages were
renamed as xulrunner-1.9.1-dbg and libmozjs2d-dbg.  But now that GNOME
is lizard-free, perhaps the best thing to do is not to recommend them
at all.

Other (unrelated) possible candidates:

- libxine2-dbg (Totem is already only GStreamer-based)
- libloudmouth1-0-dbg (Gossip is gone)
