Hi,

Did I do this change? It seems we changed that in ubuntu years ago and
I'm not sure why now but it's probably because those options can also be
changed in the gnome-control-center accessibility dialog, the goal was
to simplify the menus by not listing extra entries for things which can
be changed easily in other dialogs already. I don't have a strong
opinion on the change though so feel free to drop it if you think that's
better
