Bug#530610: Re-opening - reoccurred.

Exactly the same presentation of this bug:

Start gtali and all appears OK - change preferences to the "Colours"
GameType and when you start a new game, the dice disappear.
:-(

Colours mode is (superficially) harder than normal mode and has a
different range of score types. It's not exactly easy to play if you
cannot see the dice.
