Bug#576428: should suggest python-gnomekeyring for the magnatune plugin

Hi,

I wanted to try the magnatune plugin and it refused to load.
After starting rhythmbox on a console, I noticed it tries to import
python-gnomekeyring, fails and thus cannot load the plugin.

As this is not an essential plugin, a Suggests should be enough here.
