Bug#577921: gnome-backgrounds: debian/copyright does not reflect reality

1. None of the background images mentioned in debian/copyright is actually
included in the package anymore.
2. The license according to COPYING is GPL-2+, not GPL-2.

The attached patch corrects these issues.
