I originally used that solution, but ran into trouble with the dependencies: The 
single debug package would need to depend on all the non-debug, non-development 
packages, thus pulling all of them in. You may not find this a problem, of 
course :-).

After sending, I also noticed that libgnome-keyring0 now has a separate source 
package. I will send a patch for that package's control.in after I confirm it 
produces the correct packages.
