Bug#578190: totem: dragging from dolphin overwrites playlist instead of appending

Dragging files from dolphin and dropping them in the playlist window replaces 
the files in the playlist with the dragged files. It should insert the files
in the playlist on the selected position. 

Dragging files from nautilus works as expected. I don't know whose program's
fault this is. 

The problem also does not occur if I hold the Ctrl key while dropping.
