Bug#578507: rhythmbox: old podcast episodes reappear

Hi,

Rhythmbox has intermittently been showing all of the podcast episodes
for one or more feeds, even though they've already been downloaded and
deleted.

I'm not sure how to reproduce the problem, unfortunately.  Is there
something I can do to ensure that the next time it occurs, I have more
information?
