Bug#578332: update-manager always fails with "A fatal error has been detected in update-manager."

Even i am facing this error from quite some time now, and i am unable
to update anything from update-manager-gnome.
I using Squeeze (Alpha 1) and used to upgrade package in groups as the
Internet speed sucks in India.

Anyway, i am looking forward to hear from you with a quick fix.
