Package: gnome-system-tools
Version: 2.30.2-1

My debian system still doesn't allow me or any other regular user to use 
the gnome-system-tools, even though policykit seems to be in place.

When I run any of theese programs:
  	time-admin, user-admin, network-admin, services-admin
  I receive the following error message
	The configuration could not be loaded.
	 You are not allowed to access the system configuration.
instead of the expected password prompt.

I would be thankful for any hints on solving this problem.
