This looks similar to #533138 -- originally reported against evince and
reassigned to poppler. I've tried with the patched version of
libpoppler-glib4 and your document displays fine.
If things do not move in poppler in the meantime, maybe the evince
maintainers could push this patch [1] for Squeeze? ;)
