Bug#593386: librsvg2-common: Package seems to be misnamed

Package: librsvg2-common
Version: 2.26.3-2

When I read the package name "librsvg2-common" I expect it to be a support
package containing common files required by other librsvg* packages.

Looking at what it actually contains, a name like librsvg2-gtk would
sound more appropriate to me.

I am not sure whether this is now worth the hassle of renaiming the package,
but please consider at least a better name when the GTK+ 3 package will
be added.
