Bug#594365: Epiphany-extension doesn't work with epiphany-browser 2.30

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

  * Added debian/gwget.ephy-extension, converted from XML:
    - Extension description compatible with Epiphany 2.30.
  * debian/rules:
    - Delete the original XML file after installing.

We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
