I can delay the release as long as you want/need. Not a problem for me.
Releasing with more and/or more complete translations makes more sense
to me anyways.

Well, at repository at Launchpad is a mirror of
http://bzr.debian.org/update-manager/devel/main, but yes, that is the
actual repository.
