Up to version 0.60.debian-1.1 the message "To improve the user experiece of
Debian please take part in the popularity contest. If you do so the list of
installed software and how often it was used will be collected and sent

translatable.
>From version 0.60.debian-2 onwards the message appears in English, even if it
is translated in the po file.
