Bug#606637: gnome-applets: brightness- can't drag scroll to change brightness, i can only if i scroll mouse 3

When i click on the brightness applet, i get the popup to change the
brigthness, when i scroll whith mouse click, popup hides. I only can change the
brightness if i scroll my mouse 3
