Gnome-Core with Totem and Evolution

Hi,

Since the last week and the new package of gnome-core, totem, evolution and
epiphany are installed automatically.
But, i don't use these applications, i prefer vlc, icedove and iceweasel.
So, i would like to know how to uninstall these three applications
correctly.

Because, when i want to uninstall totem for exemple, it's gnome-core and all
dependancies who are uninstalled.
