Bug#568206: evince: default printer not recognised

I've got one of my printers configured (CUPS) as default.  

But evince does not recognise that default printer.  In the print
dialog box all printers are listed but the default one is not already
selected. It needs to be selected manually. The print dialog should
have it already selected.
