Bug#568215: slow gnome login - gnome-power-manager culprit?

I must be loosing my mind.

The errors were as follows:

(gnome-power-manager:5874): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "nan" of type
`gdouble' is invalid or out of range for property `percentage' of type
`gdouble'

(gnome-settings-daemon:5873): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **:

failed

cannot register existing type `_PolkitError'

(polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:5927): GLib-CRITICAL **:

Failed to play sound: File or data not found
