Bug#569344: balsa: To address lost when send pressed without changing focus

Hi,

If my mail has multiple recipients if I type the final
recipient in the textbox but don't press enter or tab
or click elsewhere to move the focus but instead
click on the send button then the last recipient
never "registers" and no mail is sent to that address.

For all I know this is a problem with other input
elements, I've not experimented much.

FWIW I'm using balsa under kde.
