Add a new field to xdg-user-dirs

Hi, 

I'm a developer working on Ground Control<http://launchpad.net/groundcontrol>, a distributed development plugin for Nautilus. I'm mailing you because you are the the maintainer for user-dir-xkg, etc. I'm ccing the list because they are listed as uploaders.

Ground Control uses a new directory, $HOME/Projects, to store software projects that the user is currently working on. Would this be a suitable thing to add to /etc/xdg/user-dirs.defaults:

    PROJECTS=Projects
