SVN repository upgrade

Hello everybody,

The upgrade has been made during the weekend and is finished now.

The repository still in read-only mode, I will switch it to read-write
after I get some feedback to be sure everything went fine.

This upgrade will allow us to use new SVN features like tacking of the
merges between branches. Also let's hope it will also improve the
checkout/commit speed.

If there is any problem let met know ASAP.
