NMU for esound to fix #564606?

Hello,

one of the packages I co-maintain (spring) indirectly depends on libesd0-dev
[1] which is currently uninstallable on hurd-i386 because of #564606. Is an
upload of esound planned soon or may I prepare an NMU for this issue?
