Bug#570828: epiphany-browser: Application not recognized by bug-buddy

Right. If anyone does work on this before I try my hand at it, please
keep the name set by g_set_prgname the exact same as the name of the
desktop, to make it work also with GNOME Shell, in addition to bug
buddy.
