Upstream bugzilla and git say this bug has been fixed in a bunch of commits
and released first in upstream EVINCE_2_29_3.
(see git log EVINCE_2_29_2..EVINCE_2_29_3 for details)

This bug can be closed after a future upload of evince >= 2_29_3 in
Debian.
