Bug#525641: file-roller: uses $HOMEDIR as temporary directory

This addresses the bug report (no longer makes newly created
directories in $HOME), so I'm closing this as fixed.

Lionel, if the new behaviour is also unsatisfactory, please raise a
separate bug report.
