Hi,

I have exactly the same problems as reported in #531520:

only black screen when I choose gnome in kdm. I get an error
message:

There is a problem with the configuration server,
(/usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconf-sanity-check-2 existed with status 256)

Package:
ii  gnome-session    2.28.0-4

In the attachment I send you the process list when I start gnome.

KDE works without problems. The only thing that does not work when
I start KDE is evolution-exchange. Maybe these two bugs are related:
