Bug#563484: gnome-core pulls evolution-data-server

evolution-data-server is not evolution. It is the component that handles
shared data such as contacts and calendar.

It is being installed with gnome-core since it is in the Recommends for
gnome-panel and gnome-control-center. You can remove it without removing
those.
