Bug#564732: metacity: wrongly moves windows when a new randr output is enabled

Hi,

plugging an external monitor on my laptop and running "xrandr --output
VGA1 --auto --left-of LVDS1" results in all windows moving from the
LVDS1 output to the VGA1 one, which is quite annoying (doubly so because
a subsequent "xrandr --output VGA1 --off" will not move them back to
their original positions).  The windows don't move if VGA1 is placed to
the right of LVDS1, IIRC.  metacity probably needs some more smarts here.
