Bug#588060: epiphany-extensions: extensions manual shown in wrong language

When in Epiphany I take the menu "Help / Extensions", after a rather
longish wait, I get the Epiphany Extensions manual in French instead
of getting it in English. Note that both Epiphany and Yelp themselves
are in English, as requested by my LC_MESSAGES.
