Bug#589016: epiphany-browser: Page security information (i.e SSL/TLS certificate property) won't show up

Hello,

When I visit an https:// website, then go to menu
 view >> Page security information

The appropriate security panel never show up.

I have also tested upgrading to SID's:
	libnspr4-0d   4.8.4-2
	libnss3-1d    3.12.6-3
but the problem still occurs.
