Bug#589465: Magnatune username/password box cannot be selected

The magnatune plugin does not enable the username/password box when
the 'download subscription' radio button is selected.

This is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615658 and the
attached patch is mentioned there - for what it's worth, current git
head does work, but I've not tried this patch alone.
