I've dropped the Mono bindings in our svn. The C library still has four reverse
dependencies. All of them have bug reports for months, but nobody has looked at
them yet. I'd love to get it out of Squeeze, but somebody will need to look at
them. See #549054, #549056, #549057, #549058.
