Bug#587054: nautilus: launcher from directory browser to run command from directory

It would be nice if I could navigate to a directory with nautilus
and then type a command in a launcher box which would run from
the current directory, for example `gvim newfile.txt` would chdir
to the directory and then run the command, then when I save the
new file it appears in that directory.  Maybe an optional launcher
textbox at the bottom below the directory items / free space info?
