Bug#572190: metacity: motif based applications

With motif based applications (those which need libmotif3) new windows like dialog boxes will not 
raise up. The lay behind the 'parent' window. To raise the window up, it need to be clicked. 

The new window should be on the top of the motif bases application. In debian etch it worked 
correct.
