Bug#572814: gnome-terminal: no cursor on saved tabs

If there are any tabs created on startup, any but the initially active one
don't have a cursor the first time they are switched to.  Switching to
another tab and back restores the cursor for the remainder of session.

Tabs created after gnome-terminal is started don't show this problem.
