Bug#574652: gnome-bluetooth: incorrectly reports that bluetooth is disabled

Package: gnome-bluetooth
Version: 2.28.6-2
Severity: normal
I insert a USB bluetooth adapter into my system, and the applet comes up, but
reports "Bluetooth is disabled", and gives a button to "Turn on bluetooth".
Bluetooth is certainly not disabled, and works fine (I can create a PPP
connection using dund, and transfer data over it).
