Bug#575156: epiphany-browser: Please add a spell-checking feature

In the Gecko version, spell-checking was configured with about:config, but this
is not possible with the new WebKit version. Can spell-checking be implemented?
Or course I'm talking about when typing into an HTML "textarea".
