Bug#575937: nautilus unable to recover after crash

Always after running applications with wine or when login and logout
many times, 
there is a nautilus file manager which doesn't die and a new nautilus
file manager 
starts but neither the old one or the new one works.  To fix this i kill
the old 
nautilus file manager manually with gnome-system-monitor.
