Bug#580739: evince: Cannot open a file name with '#' by double clicking

Whenever I double-click a pdf with the character '#' in the filename, Evince
pops up
and shows the error "Error opening file: No such file or directory." If I go to
File->Open and select it from there, it will open properly. It will also open
properly if
I remove '#' from the filename and double click. This is a regression, since
this PDF
used to open with older versions of Evince.
