Bug#539168: [gnome-media] Reproducable, workaround available

This bug can be reproduced by running alsamixer from the command line and
muting the capture entries, then running gnome-volume-control (GVM) and
attempting to unmute the entries.  After closing and reopening GVM, the
capture entries are muted again.

Workaround is to use command-line alsamixer to unmute capture entries, for
those unfamiliar with alsamixer:
  - tab selects input entries
  - arrows select specific entry
  - space toggles input mute
