It isn't in Debian, either. The evolution package does merely suggest 
the evolution-exchange package, so it is perfectly possible to install 
Evolution without the Exchange connector. Only the gnome meta-package, 
which aims to install the *complete* GNOME desktop, pulls it in. But 
again, this is also perfectly justified, since evolution-exchange is 
an official GNOME module.
