Bug#602799: file-roller: File-roller ignores mime type, uses extensions

File-roller ignores mime type when some extension is presented.
Example: I have .tar archive. For some reasone I need to change extension to .bin. After changing extension I can not open archive with file-roller any more. Program says:

Could not create the archive
Archive type not supported.


I expect file-roller hadle files according to its mime types, not extensions.
