Bug#604426: update-manager: [INTL:ar] Updated Arabic translation

No worries. Attached the updated file.

Please note, when checking the file with: msgfmt -c --statistics ar.po it 
returns:
ar.po:73: number of format specifications in 'msgid_plural' and 'msgstr[0]' does 
not match
ar.po:84: number of format specifications in 'msgid_plural' and 'msgstr[0]' does 
not match
ar.po:95: number of format specifications in 'msgid_plural' and 'msgstr[0]' does 
not match
ar.po:400: number of format specifications in 'msgid_plural' and 'msgstr[0]' 
does not match
ar.po:415: number of format specifications in 'msgid_plural' and 'msgstr[0]' 
does not match
msgfmt: found 15 fatal errors
108 translated messages.

This is because we have 6 different plural cases.

Hope this is understandable.
