Bug#599795: gnome-screensaver: keyboard language is that of the app on which it was activated

Let's say you are using an application and the keyboard  language is
something other than the default one. Now if gnome-screensaver is

activated it uses that other language (for example, when you want

to enter your password).
I think it should always use the default language.

xscreensaver also has this problem.
