The first one is a daemon properly initialized. The second one is a
daemon as launched by the PAM module, that can (or can not) be
initialized later.

For it to work properly, it should be launched by the PAM module but
also initialized later. Starting from the version currently in sid, it
will exit after 10 seconds if not initialized. So in the end, you should
have just a gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login.
